General support & billing
Best for account help, billing questions, data-export requests, feature ideas, bug reports, and “can you help me figure out what's going on with my eggs?” We try to reply within a couple of business days.
Security reports
If you think you've found a security issue — anything from an authorization bug to an account-enumeration vector to an abuse vulnerability — please write here instead of opening a GitHub issue. See our security.txt for more details. We respond to security reports first.
Legal & data requests
For subpoenas, preservation requests, or data-subject requests (access, deletion, correction), email [email protected]with “Data request” in the subject.

Coop King is operated from the United States. We don't have a storefront — everything runs through email and the app.
